So do I write this like a profile on match.com?

Lover of golf, hunting, snowboarding, motorcycles, musicals, shooting …I like to be active. I truly love to watch people grow professionally, but more personally. I’ve owned/operated multiple businesses. Grown and lead teams in the Marines, and in Finance. I love bringing the most out of people, it is my IKIGAI. However, what I am most proud of, is that I am a fierce friend and husband.

Why I do what I do

Because I think it’s needed. Truly. We want and NEED that push, reality, directness, honesty. So many opportunities and ideas wasted on procrastination and lack of vision. So many times where you just need the 30,000 foot view of your situation. People need their reality, and a clear picture of their future. I’m here for it.

I’m a little different.

Am I though? Yeah, my coaching is rooted in reality and based on radical honesty. I guarantee you won’t like everything we talk about, but we both know you need to hear it. I’m a little different because; I want to give you the tools to figure this out yourself, not make you my personal annuity.

I really believe in

Leadership. Plain and simple. I lead and teach to lead. I believe that the obstacle is the way. That our trials shape who we are and will be. I believe in humor, objectivity, reason, and the teaching of the stoics. I believe in finding purpose, balance (counter balance), and independent thought.
